The rules and agreements that govern your use of Precision Cricket.
By accessing or using Precision Cricket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Precision Cricket provides AI-powered cricket coaching, video and photo technique analysis, training plans, match tracking, and access to specialist human coaches. Coaching is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
To access subscription features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, six-monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST where applicable. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our AI coaching is built on knowledge from real professionals but is delivered through artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI coaching is not a substitute for in-person professional coaching, medical advice, or physiotherapy. Always consult qualified professionals for serious injuries or medical conditions.
Specialist coaches and physiotherapists listed on Precision Cricket are independent practitioners. Precision Cricket facilitates bookings but is not responsible for the quality, outcomes or conduct of individual coaching or telehealth sessions.
All content, software, branding and coaching frameworks on Precision Cricket are owned by us and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may use the content for personal cricket development only.
You retain ownership of photos, videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our AI systems for the sole purpose of providing your coaching analysis. We do not use your content to train AI models.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Precision Cricket is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account anytime from your dashboard.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

Our subscription refund terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We want you to genuinely benefit from Precision Cricket. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, here's how refunds work.
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, email us at support@precisioncricket.com.au for a full refund. No questions asked. This applies only to new subscriptions, not renewals.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't refund partial months.
Long-term plans are non-refundable after the 7-day money-back period, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you cancel, you keep access until your plan ends.
If our service is significantly unavailable, broken or doesn't deliver what was advertised, you may be entitled to a refund or proportionate credit. Contact us and we'll work it out fairly.
Cancellations 24+ hours before a session: full refund. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. No-shows: no refund. This protects the coach's time.
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If our service:
